Chef Gurjyote is excited to take you through the journey of flavourful Thai Cooking. The ability to blend flavours together is such an art within itself.

Learn the ability to be an artist and cook food that is inspired by flavours of Thailand alongside a chef that comes with years of international cuisine experience, knowledge and expertise.

A Note From the Chef:

“The menu is exclusively curated and it would be my pleasure to share recipes which I have adapted through my Seniors; culturally rich in their cuisine, along with hands on experience over the years. I have also learned that the best way to spread love is through food, with the magic of tasty flavours.”

Through this interactive session we will be cooking hands on family style meals that embrace the culture and succulent cuisine.

On the Menu:

  • Som Tam Salad with Mango - (classic raw papaya salad with mango, carrots and toasted peanuts)

  • Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce or Minced Chicken Salad (Pad Ga Paw) - (Marinated chicken tenders on skewer dipped in peanut sauce)

  • Pad Thai (Shrimp/Chicken/Veg) - (Stir fried Thai Rice Noodles Sweet, tangy savoury)

  • Thai Red Curry - (Red curry made from scratch, coconut milk, seasonal vegetables (tofu))

  • Jasmine Rice
