TUESDAY APRIL 1st - Sushi Making with Chef Gurjyote Sethi
This is a 3 hour hands on cooking class from 5pm - 8pm on Tuesday April 1st at Rotisserie Kitchen in Tilbury. (This is NOT as April Fools joke)
Chef Gurjyote is excited to take you on a journey of traditional Japanese sushi making.
On the Menu:
Miso Soup - enter this class and sit down with a delicious bowl of Chef GJ’s Miso Soup while you enjoy the short introductions and orientation.
You will learn about and make the following items yourself just like the pros: California Roll, Cucumber and Takuan (pickled radish) Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Salmon Nigiri, Sushi cone with vegetable/shrimp.
Key Take Aways:
Learn to make perfect Sushi-Rice
Master rolling sushi both with rice on the outside and seaweed on the outside as well as sushi cones and nigiri!
Indulge in our elevated seafood selection including real-crab, avocado, high-quality sashimi grade tuna and salmon
Take home your very own sushi mat at the end of class to keep practicing at home!
