This is a 3 hour hands on cooking class from 5pm - 8pm on Tuesday March 11th at Rotisserie Kitchen in Tilbury.

Chef Gurjyote is excited to take you on a journey of traditional Indian Cooking. The ability to blend flavours together is such an art within itself.

Learn the ability to be an artist and cook food that is inspired by flavours of the earthen India alongside a chef that comes with years of experience, knowledge and expertise.

Through this interactive session we will be cooking hands on family style meals that embrace the culture and succulent cuisine.

On the Menu:

Vegetable Pakora - All time favourite crispy, golden fritters made with spiced chickpea flour and fresh seasonal vegetables, delivering the perfect balance of crunch and flavour

Chaat Papadi - A vibrant medley of tangy tamarind, cooling yogurt, and crispy papadi (light, crunchy wafers made from seasoned dough) topped with spices and fresh herbs for the ultimate savoury snack. Potatoes, black peas, fresh pomegranate, and tam chutney.

Chana Kulcha - Fluffy pillowy Kulcha bread (stuffed fenugreek flatbread) paired with a rich, spiced chickpea curry, a hearty North Indian street food classic.

Chicken Malai Tikka - Marinated Chicken Thighs with ginger garlic freshly ground spices and yogurt, grilled to perfection for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
